About WOTRA

Company WOTRA is a globally oriented company offering a wide scope of services for a private sector as well as for business support organisations.

Company’s activities may be divided into four main groups of services:

1.Services related to internationalisation of businesses (identification of appropriate strategic partners and export strategies, offering a support to foreign investors, etc.);

2.Services related to establishment and management of business networks and other forms of business cooperation and networking/partnering/clustering (entrepreneurial clusters, strategic alliances, consortia, business clubs and networks, associations, cooperatives, etc.);

3.Development of business support and regional development services and the capacity building (management of business/info/knowledge centres, business development agencies, chambers of commerce and industry, other business support organisations and similar), and other activities related to the SME development and regional or local economic development;

4.Services related to the European and other donors’ programmes.

Common characteristic of all the above mentioned groups of activities is that we approach each task as a whole and undertake to provide integral solutions. This means that our offer related to the main groups of services listed above also incorporates training and mentoring, legal advising, marketing, research, development of new business models and tools, identification of needed IT solutions and other services that might prove to be required.

According to the above described activities, the main target groups of the company WOTRA d.o.o. (Ltd.) are the following:
- companies – predominantly companies which:
    - are export-oriented or would like to become export-oriented, and which seek partners abroad;
    - feel the need for networking/partnering/clustering but do not know how to take it up, how to choose the right networking form, etc.;
    - feel the need to renew strategies;
    - would like to obtain European or other funds;
- business and interest networks and partnerships (incl. with their co-coordinators/network’s managers/network’s initiators) in any form and in all life cycles.
- government agencies and other business support organizations, e.g. business (also info) centres, chambers of commerce and industry, regional or local development agencies, technological parks, incubators, export promotion agencies, etc.

Our work involves cooperation with companies and individuals that have helped our selection of services become as complete and comprehensive as it is today. Our clients rank from enterprises to individual entrepreneurs, from chambers of commerce to business centres etc.. Our partners and clients come from Slovenia, Belgium, Croatia, Romania, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland and other countries.
